The ECHHS gazebo, located on "freshman hill", serves as a popular hang-out spot for students throughout the school day. Since 2010, the gazebo has suffered damages that make it hard to utilize to a full extent. The gazebo restoration fund aims to make repairs and ensure the gazebo is maintained in perpetuity.
We have completed raising the funds for the gazebo restoration. Construction will begin in September 2024. We are no longer asking for donations to this project. Please consider supporting one of our other fundraising projects and stay tuned for updates.
With an excess of funds from graduation/prom expenses, the Class of 2009 set out to solidify their impact on the East campus and community. A group of students devoted to the cause eventually decided on building a gazebo as the East campus is constantly in need of places for students to eat lunch and hang out. Following its construction, the gazebo was dedicated to the late Principal Thaden who dedicated many years of his life to making ECHHS become the best learning environment possible.
